You can download the Club La Santa app for free to your smartphone or tablet on the App Store for iPhone or Google Play for Android.

If you provided an email address when booking your trip, you will receive an email with your login information for the app before departure. If not, you can access the app by visiting the Sports Booking office after check-in. We recommend downloading the app in advance of your trip. Please note – activities/classes can only be booked from one hour after check-in.

We have a variety of activities for children from the age of three to get involved in, all the way up to teens. Club La Santa’s own children’s club “Playtime” offers games, activities, treasure hunts and much more for little ones. Older children can join “Fun Time” and practice and improve in their sports and try a huge range of new activities. We also have a trampoline park, children’s play area and a 20-hole mini golf course. Find out more about children’s activities here.

At Club La Santa, the activities continue even when the sun goes down. We have regular shows, bars, and a disco to keep you entertained on an evening. Every Monday evening at 8pm we have our classic Green Team Show, including entertaining dances and skits.

Every Wednesday at 7pm we have our Children and Guest Show, where everyone is welcome to join and show off their talents. Children can meet at 2pm at the Square to learn different dance routines to perform in the show on the evening. Keep an eye on the weekly programme during your holiday to see what social events/entertainment nights are taking place.

Yes, you can rent beach towels at the North Reception for €8 per towel, which you can keep for the duration of your holiday.

Yes, we offer both a laundry service and a self-service laundrette. Club La Santa’s laundry, drying and ironing service, is open Monday – Friday from 08:00am – 16:00pm. You can pay at the reception after you have taken your clothes to the laundry.

Prices are as follows:

• Full washing machine: €10
• Full tumble dryer: €7
• Full washing machine + tumble dryer: €16
• Ironing per garment: €5

The laundrette is open every day from 08:00am – midnight. Detergent and fabric softener are included in each wash and added automatically. There is also an option without fabric softener. There is a change machine in the laundry, where you can get the exact amount you need for your wash.

Prices are as follows:

• €6 for 8 kg of clothes in the washing machine
• €4 for 13 kg of clothes in the dryer

Yes, we have a fully-stocked on-site supermarket open every day from 08:00am – 20:00am. Offering fresh fruit and vegetables, a bakery section, delicacies such as cheeses and cold cuts and gluten-fee, lactose-free, sugar-free and vegan options.

The supermarket also offers energy products and supplements, personal care and hygiene products, nappies, baby food and baby toiletries, as well as beach and pool accessories and souvenirs.

No, our accommodation at Club La Santa is charged per night and per apartment/suite, not per person. As an example, our one-bedroom apartments and suites can accommodate up to 3 adults and 1 child 14 and under. Find out more about our various accommodation types here.

Yes, we offer board options for adults and children aged 6-14 years including half board and full board at Atlántico buffet restaurant. Children 5 years and under eat for free. Read more about our dining plans and prices here.

We can arrange a shared or private transfer for you via the Guides Department at Club La Santa. Outside of pre-booked transfers, if there is a bus available at a suitable time, then there is an option to book onto the bus at a cost of €8 per person each way.

Yes, we have free and unlimited WiFi available throughout all of Club La Santa. Internal calls from the room phones are free, while external calls are charged at the hotel rates.

Lanzarote is blessed with a mild climate all year round, with average temperatures only fluctuating around 8°C between the summer and winter seasons.

Summers are generally hot and sunny with temperatures between 25° and 30°C. Winters are warm, not quite as sunny, and often windy, but temperatures still range between 17° and 22°C. The temperature around Club La Santa is often slightly cooler than the south of the island, making it ideal for sport and exercising outdoors.
