SUP (Stand Up Paddleboarding)
Stand-Up Paddle (SUP) provides a full-body core workout and it´s a great way to explore the lagoon and enjoy the views of the surrounding area. We have equipment all ages and levels.

SUP is a fun and simple water sport that requires no previous experience to be able to enjoy it. With a few simple tips and a little bit of balance, you can be out enjoying yourself on the water in less than 10 minutes.
SUP provides a full-body core workout and it’s a great way to explore the lagoon and enjoy the views of the surrounding area.
Instructions & Races
We offer daily beginners SUP instructions, where you will learn the basics of board handling, paddling, balance and some basic theory. A couple of times a week, we also offer intermediate instructions for those who want to become faster and more efficient as well as 2-generational SUP sessions.
Every Wednesday afternoon we organise a social SUP race, open to anyone over the age of 15.
