HYROX
HYROX is a global fitness race that aims to provide a new challenge for gym enthusiasts. Growing massively in popularity over the last few years, the race combines functional strength training, high intensity interval training (HIIT) and endurance training.

The World’s First Outdoor HYROX Gym
HYROX combines both running & functional workout stations, where participants run 1km, followed by 1 functional workout station, repeated eight times. Accommodating both professional athletes, and everyday fitness enthusiasts looking to take their training to the next level, HYROX is the sport for everybody.

The HYROX PFT gives you a good indication of your level and for which division you should sign up to.
15 – 25 minutes – HYROX PRO
