Diving and Snorkelling
La Santa Diving is the local dive school, run by the legendary ‘Diver Johnny’. They offer pool diving lessons and courses, snorkeling safaris and open water diving lessons, courses and excursions.
La Santa Diving is our very own team of professional diving and snorkelling instructors. Join us on instructions and excursions to some of the most exciting and stunning dive and snorkelling sites in Lanzarote.
Safety is paramount for us, and everything is done in a professional and safe environment.
La Santa Diving is managed by the legendary and talented Johnny, a diver with extensive experience who has been an important part of Club La Santa for many years.
Diving Courses:
La Santa Diving offers a wide range of diving courses for both beginners and certified divers.
For beginners, we have introductory courses where you can try out diving in the Club La Santa pool.
For those wanting to qualify as a diver, we have a wide range of PADI courses, from Open Water level to Assistant Instructor.
Opening hours: Friday from 16:00 to 19:00, Saturday to Wednesday from 09:00 to 17:00.
La Santa Diving is an independent diving school, so courses and excursions are not included in the price of the stay.
You can book and pay for individual courses and excursions directly at the dive centre or via e-mail.
Scuba Diving
For certified and trained divers, La Santa Diving offers excursions to unique, exciting locations in Lanzarote.
If it’s been a while since your last dive, you can take a short re-training course with us. That way, you’ll make the most of your dives and ensure you have a calm and safe experience.
Snorkelling:
Go on a snorkelling safari and discover Lanzarote’s amazing underwater world in a beautiful, protected bay in Puerto del Carmen. See up to 30 different species of fish, including octopus, crabs, and parrotfish.
Everything you need for your session is provided at La Santa Diving: masks, snorkels, fins and wetsuits in all sizes. The wetsuit will keep you warm and give you more floatability, so you can relax and enjoy looking at the many colourful fish.
Snorkelling is a great day out and experience for the whole family!
