Aerial Relaxation
You will be suspended in an aerial hammock and guided into a deep state of physical and mental relaxation. This is the perfect way to wind down from a hard day of sport. It will leave you relaxed, refreshed and ready for whatever you have planned next.
Aerial Stretch
A different way to stretch and lengthen your body using the aerial hammocks. Your bodyweight can be completely supported by the hammock allowing you to invert which elongates and decompresses the spine. This class is a gentler version of Aerial Strength allowing more people to get the aerial experience. Not suitable for pregnant women.
Aerial Strength
An exciting way to challenge and strengthen your whole body using the aerial hammocks, inspired by circus aerial silks, acrobatics and yoga principles. You will perform dynamic and acrobatic exercises with your body partially and fully suspended in the hammock. This class requires a good level of strength and fitness and is not suitable for pregnant women.
